Dalam setiap dosis mengandung virus inaktif Turkey Herpesvirus strain BUT1 #8544 menginduksi setidaknya 9,5 log2 ELISA unit, Infectious Bronchitis strain M41 menginduksi setidaknya 4,0 log VN unit, Infectious Bronchitis strain 249g menginduksi setidaknya 4,0 log VN unit, virus Infectious Bursal Disease inaktif strain D78 yang menginduksi setidaknya 14,5 log2 unit VN dan virus Newcastle Disease strain Clone 30 mengandung setidaknya 50 unit PD50 atau menginduksi pada setidaknya 4 log2 unit HI per 1/50 dosis.
Untuk pengebalan terhadap penyakit Rhinotracheitis, Infectious Bronchitis, Infectious Bursal Disease, dan Newcastle Disease
Setiap ekor ayam harus diberikan 0,5 ml vaksin secara intramuskuler di otot paha atau dada atau secara subkutan pada bagian pangkal leher
