Freeze dried Human Chorionic Hormone

Each vial contains HCG (Human Chorionic Hormone) 1500 IU

Control of fertility problems :
• Improvement of Conception Rate in female animals (cattle)
• Induction of ovulation in female animals (horse, dog)
• Cystic ovaries with irregular oestrus cycle, nymphomania or absence of oestrus in female animals (cattle)
• Anoestrus in female animals (horse, dog)
• Delayed ovulation, prolonged oestrus in female animals (dog)
• Deficiency of libido and cryptorchidism in male animals (dog)

Contraindication :
In rare cases anaphylactoid-type reactions may occur shortly after administration. In such circumstances, prompt medication with adrenalin (1:1000) or glucocorticosteroids may be indicated

Injected im / iv with the dosage of :

Horse Anoestrus with some follicular activity neccessary after 2 days 1500 IU (1 vial) – 3000 IU (2 vial) im atau iv
Induction of ovulation 1500-3000 IU 24 hours later by mating iv
Dog Female Anestrus After pre-treatment with Folligon 500 IU at first day of oestrus im atau iv
Delayed ovulation 100 – 800 IU/days im
Dog Male Cryptochirdism 100 – 500 IU twice / weekly up to 6 weeks im
Deficient libido 100 – 500 IU, 6-12 hours before mating Im

Box contain 5 vial hormone + 5 vial diluent (5 ml/vial)

Storage
Store in 8-15oC. Avoid direct sunlight
Diluted product should be used within 12 hours
